Larson & Associates, P.C. attorney argues before Illinois Supreme Court

On March 18, 2008, Larson & Associates, P.C. Principal James A. Larson appeared before the Illinois Supreme Court for oral argument in the matter of Household Bank FSB v. Lewis. The action involved an issue of first impression in the state. Namely, whether a lender and borrower may reach a
post-foreclosure payoff agreement that affects the rights of a third-party sale purchaser. In its unanimous May 22, 2008 decision, the Court reversed a lower court decision adverse to the interests of Mr. Larson's client.
